Morning: Fuel and Focus

The day begins at our specialized Eco-Campus. Since we manage 100% of our catering in-house, students start their morning with a fresh, locally sourced Mediterranean breakfast designed for performance.

After fueling up, it’s straight to action:

• Tactical Sessions: Whether it’s Archery, Basketball, or Olympic Fighting, our mornings are dedicated to mastering skills and fostering discipline on our private courts.

• Smart Learning: We integrate technology like Virtual Reality (VR) to analyze movements and explore the historical context of the sports we practice.

Afternoon: Sun, Sand, and Teamwork

One of the biggest perks of JAE Academy is our location. At just 100 meters from the famous Kourouta Beach, the afternoon sessions often move to the golden sands:

• Beach Sports: High-energy volleyball, beach tennis, and football matches under the Mediterranean sun.

• Reconnection: If we aren't on the beach, we might be out on a cultural tour or enjoying a horseback riding session through the nearby trails.

Evening: Culture and Connection

As the sun begins to set over the Ionian Sea, the pace slows down, but the learning continues.

• The "Greek Night": Evenings are for community. We gather for traditional dinners, share stories of the day’s progress, and sometimes even join in a circle for a Rebetiko dance.

• Reflection: Participants end the day not just fitter, but with a deeper understanding of European values and Greek hospitality.
