Jae Academy Greece is not liable for any lost or damaged items. We recommend keeping valuables secure and being mindful of your belongings at all times.

2. Private Insurance

Q: Do guests need to have their own private insurance? A: Yes, every guest is responsible for their own private insurance. Jae Academy Greece does not provide personal insurance coverage. Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover any potential health or travel-related issues.

3. Transportation Insurance

Q: Is transportation used during activities insured? A: Yes, all transportation used during Jae Academy Greece activities is insured. We ensure that our transportation providers have the necessary insurance coverage to guarantee the safety and security of our guests.

4. Cancellation Policies

Q: What is the cancellation policy for activities? A: Guests can cancel their activities up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your activity.
