1. Responsibilities for Personal Items
Q: Who is responsible for personal items during activities?
A: Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal items during all activities. JAE Academy Greece is not liable for any lost or damaged items. We recommend keeping valuables secure and being mindful of your belongings at all times.
2. Private Insurance
Q: Do guests need to have their own private insurance?
A: Yes, every guest is responsible for their own private insurance. Jae Academy Greece does not provide personal insurance coverage. Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover any potential health or travel-related issues.
3. Transportation Insurance
Q: Is transportation used during activities insured?
A: Yes, all transportation used during Jae Academy Greece activities is insured. We ensure that our transportation providers have the necessary insurance coverage to guarantee the safety and security of our guests.
4. Cancellation Policies
Q: What is the cancellation policy for activities?
A: Guests can cancel their activities up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your activity.

Q: What are the Key Policies of JAE Academy Greece?
A: In JAE Academy we have several key policies:
1. The "Safe Haven" Accommodation Policy
We operate a private, gated Eco-Campus designed specifically for educational mobilities. Students stay in our secure "Eco-Trailers" to foster independence and teamwork, while teachers and group leaders stay in our comfortable Main Villa. The entire campus is strictly reserved for your group, ensuring 100% privacy just 100 meters from the beach.
2. Booking & Financial Policy
Dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Mobility dates are officially secured once the Erasmus+ Hosting Agreement is signed by both parties. A non-refundable deposit (typically 30% to 50%) is required upon receipt of our Proforma Invoice to block the campus exclusively for your group, with the remaining balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
3. All-Inclusive "No Hidden Fees" Policy
Our standard Erasmus+ package (currently €130 per participant/day) is comprehensive. It includes accommodation, full-board Mediterranean meals, private airport transfers (from Araxos Airport - GPA or Patras Port), local mobility transport, and unlimited access to our Digital VR Hub and eco-sports equipment. Please note that flights to Greece are not included.
4. Eco-Conscious & Active Participation Policy
As an Olympic Eco-Sports Campus, we expect all visiting participants to respect our natural surroundings and actively engage in our sustainability and sports workshops, including water sports and Taekwondo.
5. Documentation & Mentoring Policy
JAE Academy fully supports partners in the administrative process, providing all necessary documentation (Mandates, Certificates of Attendance, and Europass Mobility documents) and access to our Digital Mobile Hub for project evaluation.
